How Does It Work?
Use your points each month or accumulate points for upcoming design projects. During our onboarding call, we will discuss and co-create your designed plan to best use your points. From there, you will have the flexibility to use or save your points for the design projects when needed.

Which of the design membership levels is right for me?
- Our Month-to-Month Membership level is the perfect starter plan for those looking to boost their design productivity affordably.
- Our Strategic Design Membership level is for those with a consistent amount of design and looking to elevate their designs to include some strategy.
- Our Strategic Design VIP Membership level is the premium creative plan that uses a strategic lens to develop and enhance your launches, content, and marketing collateral.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is within five business days of a project. While this is our maximum allowed turnaround time, the project may be completed sooner, depending on the complexity.
What is the rush job turnaround time?
- Standard rush job turnaround time is within two business days. Our cost for rush jobs is double the point value for the design project requested.
- If you purchase the Strategic Design VIP Membership level, you have up to three available rush jobs included with same-day turnaround time at no additional point cost (specifics of requirements are in the chart above). Additional rush jobs are available at our standard timeframe and requirements once the three rush jobs available each quarter are requested.
How do revisions work?
- Our revision definition is a request to modify MORE THAN 50% of the design. You can request the revisions through email, Slack (if included in your level), Voxer (if included in your level), or a Loom video.
- If requesting LESS THAN 50% design modification, this is considered an update. Our process allows for up to three updates per design project. Once the third update request completes, any additional updates fall under a revision request.
What if I do not like my design?
- Please follow the revisions requests mentioned above and let us know what parts of the design you did and did not like, along with the reasons why. The more detail provided to us, the better your updated design will be for review.
What design programs do you use?
- We primarily design in Adobe products but also use Canva if requested. Designs can be imported into provided Canva account. Please let us know during your initial consultation.
How many designs can I request each month?
- You can request as many design projects as needed if the points are available. If you run out of points or will exceed your available points, you are charged your membership level’s point overage fee by the number of points exceeded.
- We work on only one design project at a time. Additional requests go into your queue to start working once the current project completes.
What are your business hours?
- Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM ET. Friday, 9 AM to Noon ET.
- We are out of the office on all federal holidays and March 7th (happy birthday to me).
