I have heard that before, actually quite often. This is why Dan for a Day was developed. A dedicated service for coaches, trainers, and content-creators to knock off several of those lingering projects on your to-do list IN A DAY.As a professional business, your graphics need to relay that message, but you don’t have the time or skills to make it happen.
You want the design tasks off your to-do list but want them to actually produce results.
You just need these course PDFs finalized, that webinar slide deck completed, or all of those social media graphics ready to go.
You have neither the time nor the passion to complete them, only to develop something that’s “doable”.
Your business has a busy season/event/launch and you need that expedited support from a graphic designer.
How does Dan for a Day Work?
- Secure your day from dates available on my calendar.
- Fill out a pre-call questionnaire and project outline
- Schedule a 30-min call to finalize your day.
- Get added to my Slack channel the night before your day
- Your design day: I do the work, while you relax knowing you have progress made
- I send a file full of your design items and we celebrate the items completed!
What do I need to have Ready?
I will NOT accept or start a project without these two items and they are due 3 business days before your booked day. Late fees apply and due to the nature of this agreement – no refunds are available.
- Any copy for the project (for example: slide copy, workbook copy, social media graphics copy, etc.)
- Your existing branding files in an accessible place (colors, vector logos, fonts (and the files), imagery, headshots, etc.)
- Coffee... tons of coffee...

Okay I'm Ready
Dan for a Day Cost costs $1297.
There are no refunds. If there is an actual emergency that forces you to reschedule, please let me know asap. If you fail to deliver the necessary copy/material 3 business days prior to start, you may qualify for a partial refund or a reschedule (with a $150 rescheduling fee).
FAQ
I’ll be adding you to my Slack channel for the day. We can coordinate the best times for you to answer any questions and provide feedback promptly, plus see the progress made moving forward with the projects.
We’ll work together to determine the to-do list for the day, ordering tasks by priority level.
Absolutely! In my Slack channel, I will provide any updates and requests for feedback. While awaiting a response, I will continue moving on to the next task. Once feedback is provided, I will come back to complete it.
If revisions are needed after our day completes, I am happy to continue forward based on an hourly rate (a timeline and estimate will be provided upfront, so you know what to expect)
You will receive high-quality JPG and PNG files. We can discuss this during our initial call if additional files are needed.
